In order to prevent any misunderstandings please read the order for service form to ensure you know the way East Coast Boston Movers Works
On the day of the move you will be presented with a Bill of lading (contract), The contract is what you are going to sign agreeing with the Flat rate, the form of payment, the valuation (insurance), materials charges, additional services you requested, and the total cost of your move which has to be paid in full at the end of the moving services provided by us, by check, cash or credit card (credit card payments are subject to a 5% fee)
Valuation (insurance)
Option A:
Basic or release valuation is when you do not declare any particular value to your goods.
That does not mean East Coast Boston Movers is not liable though.
It means that you automatically you will get $.60 cents per pound per article for ant damage or lost item.
The basic valuation it is free of charge.
However, if something gets damage or lost, you should only spec $.60 per pound per article.
Please do not spec more than $.60 cents per pound per article for any damage regardless how much the damage piece cost.
OPTION B:
Full value protection, the cost of this coverage varies depending on the deductible you choose to take and it will cover up to $50,000 to fixed or replace any damage item, whichever one is cheaper.
Option 1: The cost is $1,000.00 with a deductible of $0.00
Option 2: The cost is $600.00 with a deductible of $400.00
Option 3: The Cost is $400.00 with a Deductible of $600.00
Please note the deductible is the portion of coverage that you are responsible for.
You will be allowed 10 Days FROM THE MOVE DAY TO SUBMIT A CLAIM.
- To read and understand the agreement between you and East Coast Boston Movers before signing.
- To be present or assign someone to be with the movers and sign all paperwork and pay for the move at the end of the service.
- Make sure all goods are properly pack in a box, the movers ca do it for you, but they will charge for the boxes, and it will take time.
- Disassembly and reassembly of the furniture we took apart.
- Placement of your furniture at desired location.
- A uniformed professional moving crew
- A client support to answer any questions.
- All taxes are included on the price.
- Basic valuation of $.60 Cents per pound per article.
- No additional charges for stairs or elevator.
Valuation (insurance)

The labor time is the time that the movers will spend physically moving your belongings, loading, driving to additional stops, and unloading your goods. It starts when the movers arrive at the origin location and ends when all goods are unloaded and placed at the destination. |

The travel time is the time used to compensate for the time it takes the movers from our terminal to the origin location and from destination back to our terminal. This is not the time between the places you are moving, which is part of the labor. Please Note: The travel time is based on what Google estimates, but the movers are driving a moving truck with restrictions on speed and available routes. |

@CompanyName will always have supplies in the truck to do a full packing service, even if the client does not request it. We provide moving pads for free to protect your items during the move. If any items are not packed in boxes, we will pack them at the same hourly rate, but it will add time to your estimate. |

Additional services are also going to be charged as perform.
Additional services are the services that are not part of the regular moving services, in other words anything that goes beyond moving your goods from point

Basic Insurance $.60 per pound per article | East Coast Boston Movers will provide free basic insurance to all clients. Please note that the basic insurance coverage it is only $.60 cents per pound per article. This is a basic coverage, and it is free, please do not expect a full value replacement from a free coverage. |

At @CompanyName we accept all major credit cards, cash or checks as a payment method. At that point you do have the option to pay by Cash, check or credit card. Please note: If you decide to pay with a credit card a 5% fee will apply |
